Unhappy with something?
We always try our best to deliver the best quality but we are also human. Did we do something wrong? We’re sorry! Contact us here or through our live chat. We strive to answer you in 1 hour of contacting us. We are pretty sure that our helpful support staff will sort things out. If for some reason we can’t work out the complaint you can look for mediation in the dispute. You can look for mediation via the Foundation ValuedShops/WebwinkelKeur (this applies for Dutch and/or Belgian customers only).
Complaints for European citizens
For European citizens it is also possible for consumers to report complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. The ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet handled by us, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform. Again, we don’t think this is necessary since we can always find a solution to your problem,
